At Veiled Hayati, we want you to feel confident in your modest fashion choices, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, hijabs and under-caps must be in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including the packing slip provided in your portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
